Letter from the Tribune

As Tribune for the 2020 calendar year, it is my responsibility to connect alumni with the undergraduate chapter and with each other.

The chapter holds several alumni events throughout the year, such as the Audrey Freeman Golf Tournament, alumni tailgates, and Fight Night. Please be on the lookout for more information about these events from our e-newsletter The Alpha Nu Herald. To make sure you receive the Herald and all our communications, please update your contact information. Click above if you would like to receive our national award-winning print publication, The Longhorn Sig, where you’ll read about everything that’s been going on at 2701 Nueces.

Additionally, please take a look at the video below. “The History of Alpha Nu” was created by Banning Lary (AN ’70), and recounts the story of our chapter in addition to celebrating the life of beloved House Father Audrey Freeman.

I look forward to serving the chapter as Tribune this year. With all the favor and distinction that alumni like yourselves have given us undergraduates, it is only fair that we give back to our bridge builders. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about our alumni events or for any reason.

In Hoc Signo Vinces,

Michael Bain
